Contract

Fur Paws & Little Paws Service will invoice the Client after completion of services. The Client agrees to pay invoice(s) upon receipt. Invoices not paid within 24 hours of the sent invoice with a reminder will result in a $25 late fee. Invoices not paid within one week may result in suspension or termination of future services.

Payment will be made to Fur Paws & Little Paws Services  via Venmo (@Lauren-Rhoades-168), Zelle (302-522-7926), Cashapp ($laurrhoades33), and or an approved card!

BABYSITTING ONLY - I understand that Fur Paws & Little Paws Services has a three hour minimum service time or three hours with a $15 gas service fee. Any service time less than three hours will result in this charge. There are few circumstances that will allow for shorter time at Lauren's approval. 

I understand Fur Paws and Little Paws Service will ALWAYS put my child/pets health and well being first. IF a medical emergency arises, I give Laur's Pet and Child Care, permission to use their training as they feel necessary for the emergency, including calling 911 or reporting to the nearest Vet. I understand that Fur Paws & Little Paws Services will contact me as soon as possible.

BABYSITTING ONLY - I understand if my child becomes ill while in Fur Paws & Little Paws Services care (ex: spikes a fever over 100.4, becomes lethargic, develops a rash, begins vomiting or having diarrhea, ETC) Fur Paws & Little Paws will contact me and I may be required to come home.

Client will reimburse Fur Paws & Little Paws Services for reasonable expenses incurred. Ex. Parking

The Contract does not end. If one of the parties chooses to end the Contract, the request must be written in writing. Fur Paws & Little Paws Services reserves the right to terminate any contract at any time for any reason.
